What is the Clinical Champions Programme?

Our CRM Clinical Champions Programme, specifically designed for GP clinical pharmacists already seeking to deepen your clinical competence whilst equipping you with the quality improvement (QI) skills and tools to develop and deliver a CRM service.

The programme will be delivered by a faculty of national and regional level consultant and specialist pharmacist experts in the cardiovascular disease (CVD), diabetes, renal and heart failure specialisms and will be underpinned by nationally agreed competency framework.

This programme is ideal for clinical pharmacists who are already running type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), CVD or heart failure clinics and want to expand clinical scope and have the intention and organisational commitment to drive service and QI change within 12 months.
